From this need we developed the module "Requisitions", one of the newest components of Vivaintra, which has the function of automating the processes of corporate environments. Thus, it will provide organization and practicality to its users.
The module has internal flows, referring to all the departments of a company, in which the employee can create a requisition, with the steps, checklist and the determined department heads.
In addition to creating, it is also possible to be responsible for authorizing requests, for example, if an employee needs to leave early from work, he can create a requisition within an Early Release * stream, which will be sent to the responsible departments for approval or not.
In a menu, it is possible to consult all the requests, which are: "created", "disapproved", "in progress", "canceled" and those that undergo a certain authorization.
The Requisitions tool was designed to automate internal processes, interconnecting the departments of a company, so that the time spent in the accomplishment of tasks is smaller and there is an increase in the productivity of the employees in the day to day.
